Maxed Out: A Matter Of Life & Debt

I just heard on The Dave Ramsey Show Podcast that there is a movie/documentary out on DVD that speaks to the underhandedness of the banking/lending industry. It's called "Maxed Out" and Dave is actually featured in it. I'm renting this TONIGHT.

Wordpress

Just a quick post to tell you all about the wordpress blog I set up for Watermark. Actually its the entire site, not just a blog. And I'll tell you what else...I'll never design another site from scratch. Screw that! This was way easier and much more fun.

Check it out - sample work should be up soon.

Goodbye Old Dumb Phone

...and hello new Treo 650 almost-smarter-than-me-phone!

This fanciful device is supposed to help me organize my life. And so far, it's working! I won it off eBay so when I charged er up and turned her on I was actually surprized it worked as my history with eBay has been less than favorable.

Anywho, this baby rocks. Now all I need is an SD card to slap in there and I'll really be set! Then I can do all those cool little apps and make my own ringtones and shit. Hell yeah!

The Weekend, Usually.

I promise a serious post is coming...soon-ish. But once again here's a quick and easy funny post.

I've been editing two lacrosse DVD's and they are just now finally coming to a close (about time). While capturing a billion VHS tapes of B-ROLL to be used for this dvd, my brother stumbled across this commercial.

Meet Gary Gait. He is one of the Gait twin brothers who are both huge legends in the game of lacrosse. I think Nick put it best when he said "How can this not be a joke?!"

I give to you, Gary.
